4月17日0时19分，搭载四川代表团的四川航空3U3811航班从成都天府国际机场起飞，前往新西兰最大城市奥克兰，这是因疫情中断4年后成都至奥克兰航线复航后的首飞航班。

At 0:19 on April 17, Sichuan Airlines flight 3U3811 carrying the Sichuan delegation took off from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and headed for Auckland,

New Zealand's largest city. This was the first flight since the Chengdu-Auckland route resumed after a four-year interruption due to the epidemic.

由四川省政府主要领导率领省外事办、商务厅、省国资委、省经济合作局等单位组成的四川代表团，搭乘这趟航班前往并出席在新西兰、智利、巴西举办的系列经贸文化推介交流活动。

The Sichuan delegation, led by the main leaders of the People’s Government of Sichuan Province, led by the Office of Foreign Affairs Committee of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation and other units took the flight, and attended meetings in New Zealand, Chile, and Brazil, where a series of economic, trade and cultural promotion and exchange activities were held.

在新西兰，时值中新建立全面战略伙伴关系10周年之际，近200名中新政府机构、企业、商协会代表齐聚奥克兰，围绕产业投资、进出口贸易、科技创新、教育人才等领域共商合作、共谋发展，签署合作协议8份。

In New Zealand, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and New Zealand,

nearly 200 representatives from Chinese and New Zealand government agencies, enterprises, and business associations gathered in Auckland to discuss cooperation in areas such as industrial investment, import and export trade, technological innovation, and educational talent. To seek common development, 8 cooperation agreements were signed.

新西兰作为首个与中国签订双边自贸协定的发达国家，具备先发优势。自2008年协定实施以来，中新双边贸易额年均增速达11%。中国连续十多年保持新西兰第一大贸易伙伴、出口市场和进口来源地的地位。

近年来，四川与新西兰的贸易规模保持在2亿美元以上，新方在川直接投资达1677万美元，四川近10家企业在新西兰均有战略布局和实际投资。

As the first developed country to sign a bilateral free trade agreement with China, New Zealand has a first-mover advantage.

Since the implementation of the agreement in 2008, the bilateral trade volume between China and New Zealand has grown at an average annual rate of 11%.

China has remained New Zealand's largest trading partner, export market and import source for more than ten consecutive years.

In recent years, the trade scale between Sichuan and New Zealand has remained above 200 million USD, with New Zealand’s direct investment in Sichuan reaching 16.77 million USD. Nearly 10 Sichuan companies have strategic layouts and actual investments in New Zealand.

活动现场还促成一批投资合作意向，新方企业拟在川开展投资合作等10余个项目。

The event also generated a number of investment and cooperation intentions, and New Zealand companies planned to carry out more than 10 investment and cooperation projects in Sichuan.

在智利，四川企业与当地现场签订7个合作项目协议，涉及农业、教育、制造业等多个领域。

In Chile, Sichuan companies signed 7 cooperation project agreements with local sites, involving agriculture, education, manufacturing and other fields.

在巴西，活动现场签约6个项目，涉及家电、大豆、咖啡等合作领域。

In Brazil, 6 projects were signed at the event, involving cooperation areas such as home appliances, soybeans, and coffee.

此次四川南半球3国之行，是我省主动“走出去”开辟的合作新领域，也是四川开拓招商渠道、涵养客商资源、引进更多优质外资项目的又一具体实践。

Sichuan's trip to three countries in the southern hemisphere is a new area of cooperation opened up by the province's initiative for globalization. 据不完全统计，四川在南半球3国家举办经贸投资活动期间，共有超过300家企业开展现场对接，进一步打开了四川外资、外贸在南半球的市场空间。
